Ways Web Designers Can Make Extra Money

When we wrote our very first article on how web designers can certainly make additional money, we didn’t expect to get such an enthusiastic response. Humility aside, that article or post was actually received well, with more requests to make more posts on a similar topic. It is true that how you can make more cash carries on to be a relevant topic, and that is why we could not refuse those who so nicely reached out to us. This is a second installment of that post, and shows web designers out there different options to bring home some extra.

1. Hold tutorials - In addition to being an excellent web designer, do you think you'd also make a good teacher? If the response is yes, then we encourage you to try to find a group together which will pay you for tutorials. There are a lot of people who want to learn the best way to web design, and quite often, these people are not able to take regular classes offered, or are uncomfortable with the setting. You may set up rates for one-on-one classes or group classes even, as long as it is achievable for you.

2. Approach organizations that are offline as well as offer to bring them online for a fee - There are lots of organizations out there that don’t realize the importance of being online. It is your job to meet with them as well as convince them. Needless to say, these firms will have totally no know how on how to do that, so this signifies immediate work for you!

3. Publish how-tos - Once again, this goes back to your teaching skills. If for some reason or another, you can’t manage to hold actual classes, why don't you teach via online resources. There are many websites that accept how to articles for a small fee. Of course, you can make tutorials on your area of expertise- web design- and become paid for it!
Once the cash isn’t flowing the way you want it, there is no reason to simply sit there and do nothing! Our two posts prove that there are a lot that you can do to still make money! The key is to go out there and begin trying things!
